Visiting Executives and VIP Transport
Consistency is the requirement here. For multi-leg corporate travel, trip details can be arranged directly with King Coach Transfers in advance so each collection is planned around the same itinerary
The cabin suits the part of the day that still needs work. Five charging points, second-row climate control, window shades, and a diesel engine quiet enough that passengers regularly ask whether it is electric. Calls can be taken between the terminal and the meeting.
Corporate Teams and Client Hosting
The vehicle is a 2025 Kia Carnival GT-Line, a seven-seat luxury people mover with room for six large suitcases. A visiting team travels together and arrives together, and the fare is the same for one passenger or seven, because you are booking the car.
For a client dinner, a corporate event or a day of business meetings across venues, standby hire keeps the same vehicle with you between stops.
Conference, Event and Delegation Transfers
Multi-stop days are quoted as a whole and confirmed by payment link, so the itinerary is priced and locked before the day starts. Conference transfers, corporate functions, race days and other special occasions are all handled this way.
For groups larger than seven, we can organise an additional driver in a similar-quality vehicle. Contact him with the passenger numbers and luggage requirements so the full job can be quoted.

Gold Coast Corporate and Airport transfers
Airport pickups and drop-offs are available across the Gold Coast, including Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach and Main Beach. The set-down point is agreed at booking.
- Surfers Paradise. Hotel and apartment-tower pickups. Tell us the building and the entrance, and it goes into the booking with the time. Flat $110 to Gold Coast Airport, flat $240 to Brisbane Airport or the CBD.
- Broadbeach. Where the Gold Coast holds its conferences. The Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, The Star Gold Coast and the hotels around them are inside the service area. Flat $110 to Gold Coast Airport.
- Main Beach. Private airport and corporate transfers are available, including pre-booked early-morning departures.
Brisbane Airport Transfers and Corporate Travel
Brisbane Airport, the Brisbane CBD and suburban addresses across the city, in both directions. This is a useful route for Gold Coast-based teams travelling to Brisbane or for visiting clients arriving through Brisbane Airport.
Sunshine Coast and Byron Bay Transfers
Longer runs are priced by quote rather than a flat fare. They suit a delegation landing at Brisbane Airport and working further north, as well as groups who prefer to stay together for the drive. Byron Bay is a flat $220 from Surfers Paradise.

Every other address is priced by the instant quote once you enter the date, time, pick-up and destination. Tolls are included, and there is no public holiday surcharge. A $50 surcharge applies to pick-ups after 9 pm and before 4: 30am. Same-day bookings are sometimes possible: call or text to check vehicle availability. Child seats and baby seats can be requested when you book.

Will it be the same chauffeur each time?
King Coach Transfers is owner-driven, and John personally handles standard bookings. If a larger group requires an additional vehicle, he can organise another driver in a similar-quality vehicle. For a visiting client staying for several days, that means one dedicated chauffeur throughout the visit.
Is the vehicle private?
Yes. It is booked exclusively for your group. We run pre-booked private transfers only, so the vehicle is reserved for your party from the moment the booking is confirmed.
How many passengers and how much luggage fit?
Up to seven passengers and six large suitcases, and the fare is the same across that range because you are booking the car rather than seats. Golf bags, boxed bicycles and boards are carried at no extra cost. If your group is near both limits, call first.
How much do corporate transfers cost?
From Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach or Main Beach, Gold Coast Airport is a flat $110. A flat fare from Surfers Paradise to Brisbane Airport or the CBD is $240. Chauffeur hire is $400 for four hours and $770 for eight. Everything else is priced instantly on the booking form. The minimum fare is $80, and tolls are included.
Can our company book regularly or set up an account?
Repeat bookings are arranged directly with us, and the person who quotes your job is the person who drives it. Each booking is paid for when it is confirmed, and quoted itineraries are settled via a payment link. If your business needs a standing arrangement, call 0477 787 701.
What happens if a client's flight is delayed?
Waiting on a delayed flight is not currently charged. Let us know by phone, SMS or WhatsApp as soon as the arrival time changes so the pickup can be moved. On international arrivals, check the landing date carefully, because it often differs from the departure date.
