The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your party, ensuring a stress-free, door-to-door service without sharing with strangers. John drives you directly to your destination, with additional stops included only when requested and quoted as part of your booking.
How many passengers and suitcases can you carry?
The 2025 Kia Carnival GT-Line can carry up to 7 passengers and approximately 6 large suitcases. Golf bags and racing bicycles in cases can be accommodated in the boot, while surfboards and longboards can fit when the second-row middle seat is folded down, at no extra charge. If your group is close to the maximum passenger and luggage capacity, please call before booking so we can ensure everything fits comfortably.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
At this stage, there is no additional waiting charge if your flight is delayed. This reliable airport transfer service ensures you are met by a friendly driver at the arrivals hall, even if your flight is delayed.
Do you have child seats?
Yes. King Coach Transfers has capsule, rear-facing, forward-facing and booster seats available, with two of each seat type. Please let King Coach Transfers know when booking if you require a child seat. You may also bring your own child seat, provided it is clean and suitable for use in the vehicle. Parents are responsible for fitting the child seat.
How much does a Gold Coast airport transfer cost?
Some popular routes have fixed prices, while other trips are calculated automatically when you enter your travel details into our website. The price covers the vehicle, so the fare is the same whether 1 or up to 7 passengers are travelling. Tolls are included, and there is currently no public holiday surcharge.
