Comfort and Capacity for Byron Bay Transfers

Your private Byron Bay transfer is provided in a 2025 Kia Carnival GT-Line. The vehicle carries up to seven passengers and around six large suitcases, making it suitable for families, couples and small groups travelling with luggage.

Passengers have access to second-row climate controls, heated outer seats in the second row and rear window shades. Bottled water and five charging points are also provided.

Child car seats and booster seats are available on request. Golf clubs, boxed bicycles and surfboards can be accommodated depending on the passenger and luggage arrangement. Let us know about oversized equipment before booking.

A $50 surcharge applies to pick-ups after 9:00 pm and before 4:30 am. The minimum fare for any journey is $80.

Surfboards and longboards may require the second-row middle seat to be folded. Sporting equipment does not carry an additional luggage fee. Yes. Return collections can be arranged in advance, subject to booking availability. Each direction is treated as a separate one-way journey, with its own fare and collection time. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a refund, less the $50 non-refundable booking fee. Full payment is required to secure your transfer. If a passenger cannot be reached at the agreed collection point after attempts by phone, text and email, the cost of the trip is not refunded.
