Private Transport for the Bridal Party, Family and Guests

The 2025 Kia Carnival GT-Line seats up to seven passengers, making it a practical option for couples, the bridal party, close family or small groups of wedding guests.

Inside, passengers have plenty of space for a comfortable ride, with air conditioning, separate second-row climate controls, heated door-side seats and window shades across the second and third rows.

If you have more than seven guests to transport, call before booking to discuss the best way to organise the required wedding transfers.

Every wedding day runs differently, so your transport can be planned around the ceremony, reception and the people you need to move. Your booking can include:
  • Private drop-off at the wedding venue
  • Pre-booked collection after the reception

  • Repeat runs between accommodation and the venue
  • Chauffeur hire when you need the vehicle to remain available
  • Transport for up to seven passengers in one vehicle
  • Your own ribbon, signage or wedding decorations if you would like to add them

Chauffeur Hire Between the Ceremony and Reception

Some wedding days need the vehicle for more than a single drop-off.

If you want us to remain available between the ceremony, photos and reception, chauffeur hire is available at $400 for up to four hours or $770 for up to eight hours. The rate covers the vehicle and driver for the booked period.

You may not need hourly chauffeur hire for the entire wedding day. If you only require transport to the ceremony and a later collection from the reception, two separate one-way transfers may be more cost-effective.

Private Transfers for Events and Special Occasions

King Coach Transfers also provides private event transport for occasions where timing, comfort and reliable pick-up matter.

Bookings can include:

  • Corporate events and business functions
  • School formals
  • Race days and sporting events
  • Concerts and shows
  • Hens and bucks events
  • Birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions

Your event transfer can be booked as a single journey, a return trip or multiple transfers throughout the day. For more complex schedules, send through the pick-up points, drop-off locations and required times for a custom quote.

Pre-booked transfers are available around the clock. A $50 surcharge applies to pick-ups after 9:00 pm and before 4:30 am.

  • For wedding transportation involving several venues, repeat runs or multiple pick-up times, contact John for a custom quote.
  • The fare covers the private vehicle rather than each individual passenger, so the same vehicle fare applies whether one person or up to seven passengers are travelling on the booked route.
  • Tolls are included, and there is currently no public holiday surcharge.

Gold Coast Wedding Transfers

Private wedding transfers are available from homes, hotels and accommodation across the Gold Coast, including Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Main Beach and surrounding suburbs. Book a single wedding car transfer for the couple or bridal party, or arrange several scheduled runs when family and guests are travelling separately.

King Coach Transfers travels between the Gold Coast and Brisbane for weddings, corporate events and other special occasions. Private transfers can also be arranged for guests arriving at Brisbane Airport, allowing their airport transfer and wedding-day transportation to be planned as part of the same trip schedule.
Private chauffeur transfers are also available for weddings and events on the Sunshine Coast. Because these are longer regional journeys, provide the venue, pick-up point and required arrival time when requesting a quote so the trip can be planned around your event schedule.
Wedding venues around the Gold Coast hinterland, including Mount Tamborine and Currumbin Valley, are within the service area. Private transfers can also be arranged to Byron Bay and other suitable destinations in Northern NSW. For longer journeys or multiple transfers, contact us with the full itinerary for a custom quote.

Planning Ahead?

For weddings and events, allow one to two weeks’ notice where possible. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice for a refund. The $50 booking fee is non-refundable.

Can You Wait Between the Ceremony and Reception?

Yes. If you need the private chauffeur and vehicle to remain available between venues, you can book chauffeur hire for up to four hours for $400 or up to eight hours for $770. If you only need a drop-off and a later collection, booking two separate transfers may be more cost-effective.

The Kia Carnival GT-Line seats up to seven passengers. If you also have a large amount of luggage or other items, call before booking to confirm that the passenger-luggage combination will fit comfortably. `
Yes. King Coach Transfers has capsule, rear-facing, forward-facing and booster seats available, with two of each seat type. Please let King Coach Transfers know when booking if you require a child seat. You may also bring your own child seat, provided it is clean and suitable for use in the vehicle. Parents are responsible for fitting the child seat.
Pre-booked wedding and event transfers are available 24/7, so late-night collection can be arranged in advance. A $50 surcharge applies to pick-ups after 9:00 pm and before 4:30 am. Include your expected collection time when arranging the return transfer.
